The Weavers Circle


The Weavers are an established witchcraft circle whose members maintain devotional relationships with several Celtic deities. We work with Ancestors and the Mighty Dead, and consider ourselves animists who center our witchcraft rituals and practices in our local landbase. Our witchcraft is ecstatic, utilizing singing, chanting, and other energy raising techniques to feed our magic. In ritual, we honor inspiration, and do not work from scripts. Our current members live on Portland, Oregon’s eastside, and among us have decades of witchcraft experience.
Our group may be ready to grow if the fit is just right. We are interested in meeting witches who share our Celtic cultural focus, and are motivated, passionate and enthusiastic seekers, readers, and ritualists. We are LGBTQIA++ inclusive, and are open to people of all genders, and age 21+. We are willing to provide some training and support for the right person. A letter of introduction should include the following:
• your name and age
• specific information about your witchcraft interests
• information about your level of experience in witchcraft
• some background on your personal practice
• why you are interested in this witchcraft working group
• deities you work with
• how to contact you (email is best)
